Steve has been involved in the roofing industry his entire 26 year career. After graduating from Indiana University in 1980, he joined Owens-Corning Fiberglass in the Commercial Roofing Sales Division. In 1984, he became the Manager of the Chicago Supply Division of Owens-Corning, overseeing all operations from the sales to the distribution of roofing and building products in Northern Illinois. In 1989, he became the President of Erickson Roofing, a non-union roofing division of Anthony Roofing, overseeing all facets of that operation. In 2001, he became the President of Anthony Roofing.
Rolf Snobeck — Operations Manager — Joined Company in 1995
Rolf has worked in the roofing and roof consulting industries since 1978. Presently he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all field activities for Anthony. Rolf has worked at numerous national client locations across North America and in the Pacific basin. Rolf was certified as a Registered Roof Consultant in 1994.
Anita Giese — Service Department Manager — Joined Company in 2001
Anita brought more than 10 years of customer service experience to Anthony Roofing. After streamlining the repair processes and billing, she became Service Department Manager in 2003.
Scott Slagle — Service Department Sales Manager — Joined Company in 1990
Scott is a graduate of William Rainey Harper College, with an A.A.S. in Architectural Technology, and is a certified computer-aided design technician. He brought 12 years of architectural experience in these fields to enhance one of the most highly technically advanced roofing contractors in the industry. His responsibilities while working in Anthony’s Engineering Department included managing submittals. He was then Assistant Operations Manager, responsible for insurance, project set-up, and all local IT operations. Scott assumed his current position of Service Department Sales Manager in early 2006.
